ASAE Board Approves Governance Changes

Responding to a comprehensive governance study and members input, the ASAE board of directors approved changes to their governance structure at a May 10 meeting, unanimously agreeing to reduce its size and conduct a power shift from the executive committee members to the board. The [Governance] Task Force decided the board should be the primary governance vehicle, said John H. Graham IV, CAE, president and CEO of ASAE.
